Midlife Medicine Meets a Movement
I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience, specializing in hormonal health, menopause, and women’s sexual wellness.
I’ve sat across from thousands of women—exhausted, burned out, and feeling like strangers in their own bodies—being told their labs were “normal” and their symptoms were just part of getting older. I knew their stories inside and out. Because I was living it, too.
Now firmly in my own midlife, I know what it means to feel the drop—of hormones, of motivation, of clarity and confidence.
I’ve faced the reckoning that comes when you’ve done all the “right” things and still feel like something’s missing.
That’s why I created a new kind of care model. One rooted in clinical expertise and real-life experience. I translate complex medicine into actionable strategies for high-functioning women who want more—more energy, more pleasure, more purpose—and are done settling for generic advice.
This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about rewriting the story. Midlife isn’t a crisis—it’s a power shift. And I’m here to help women not just survive it, but own it, redefine it, and rise through it with confidence, clarity, and agency.
Because women don’t need more “awareness.” We need a roadmap—and the permission to follow it boldly.
